Yes. There is nothing to pay and no obligation. You see your result straight away and we e-mail you a copy.

How long does it take?

About five minutes: thirteen questions about how you buy, receive, stock and report, and two about your business.

How is the score worked out?

Each answer scores from 0 to 3 points. Your score is your points as a percentage of the maximum, overall and for each of the six areas. 0–25 is High Risk, 26–50 Needs Improvement, 51–75 Developing and 76–100 Mature.

What do you do with my details?

We use your answers and details to show and e-mail your result and to contact you about it. We do not share them or add you to a mailing list, and we delete them after 24 months, or sooner if you ask.
